Hornblower Marine Services: the Operator
As the operating entity for the TheBoat, HMS's objective is to establish, operate, evaluate and report on the viability of the project. HMS's mission is to deliver safe, efficient, convenient and environmentally sound water transit service to commuters and other users. The scope of HMS's assignment is to operate TheBoat as an alternative to purely land-based commuter services. This will be accomplished through the development of a detailed Operations Plan and execution of the plan to satisfy a broad range of operational, customer service and contractual requirements.
