Frequently Asked Questions: Parking
- Is there parking at the Kalaeloa pier? Yes, we have established 23 parking stalls within the parking lot adjacent to the pier for those vehicles arriving with two or more occupants on a first-come, first-available basis. The remainder of the parking lot is used for bus loading, and Kiss-N-Ride (drop-off/pick-up by private vehicles) activities.
- Is there an off-site Park-And-Ride near Kalaeloa pier? Yes, parking stalls are designated by signs in the Kapolei Home Depot parking lot along the Kapolei Parkway frontage. The F-13 shuttle bus stop is conveniently located on Kapolei Parkway.
- The shuttle buses do not provide service near my home, but I would like to ride TheBoat?
- By Bus:
We suggest you contact TheBus at 848-5555, they will be able to provide you with connecting bus route and schedule information, so that you can get onto TheBoat.
- By Car:
You can use carpool (2+ occupants) parking at Kalaeloa pier, off-site Kapolei park-and-ride, or park your vehicle along one of the dedicated shuttle bus routes. Download route map and schedule from our website. The shuttle buses will arrive at the pier 10 minutes prior to departure and will be waiting for you upon the arrival of TheBoat at both piers.
